ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in Form 8, dated 09.03.2026 and quash the same.
2. The only grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the surcharge proceedings under Section 87 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, the property was attached and subsequently, auction notice was issued and the auction was to be held on 29.05.2026. Learned counsel further submitted that as against the order passed under Section 87, the petitioner has preferred a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, however, with delay, before the concerned District Cooperative Tribunal at Thiruvallur.
3. It is not the case of the petitioner that the auction had taken place on 29.05.2026. As on date, there is no notification about the auction to take place. The said CMA is pending, though with condone delay application.
4. It is open for the petitioner to agitate his grievance, if any, regarding the auction notice issued, in the said CMA.
5. No grounds are made out for interference in this Writ Petition and
