This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8293 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7227 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8293 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.7227 of 2025 vide order dated 24.04.2025 is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
