O R D E R

Aggrieved over the long pendency of the suit, the third, fourth and fifth defendants are before this Court for earlier disposal of the same. The suit for partition was filed on 30.11.2004 by the plaintiffs. The written statement of all the defendants came to be completed on 14.11.2016. From then on, the matter is pending for trial for the past three years.

2. From the consideration of all the materials, it is noted that the plaintiffs and many of the defendants are senior citizens. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion to direct the lower Court to complete the proceedings with a time limit.

3. Considering the age of the parties as well as long pendency of the suit, a direction is issued to the learned District Munsif Court, Tiruppur to

complete the trial in O.S.No.1043 of 2004, pending in its file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of the with the above observation and direction. No costs.
