ORDER
Challenging the order of returning of the claim application, filed by the claimants, before the Tribunal, the claimants have filed the present revision.
2. Before the trial court, the claimants filed application, seeking compensation for the fatal death of their mother in a road accident and the same was returned by the trial Court holding that the alleged bus involved in the accident is in Villupuram Region at Kancheepuram and therefore, the Kacheepuram Court alone is having jurisdiction. But, the learned counsel for the petitioners/claimants submits that the Depo of Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation is available at Tiruttani.
3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the opinion that the application, filed by the revision petitioners/claimants is maintainable. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to take up the application within a period of two weeks from the date of this order and the trial court is directed not to return the claim application for flimsy reasons.

4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is allowed. No costs.
5. Registry is directed to return the original petition to the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
