ORDER
This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 20.09.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2021 to survey his properties in S.No.49/1 to an extent of 1.50 acres situated at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Chinnamuthalaipatti Village and issue separate patta. He further submitted that the petitioner also paid requisite fees as per echallan dated 04.08.2021.
3. Considering the above, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.09.2021 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
