W.P.No.21709 of 2003 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.166/02/A-1, dated 12.07.2003, passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in service upto the age of 60 years and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. W.P.No.21710 of 2003 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Ref.Na.Ka.17938/2003-Tha.3, dated 29.03.2003, passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
