These Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 92 days in filing the above respective appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3.Mrs.Ramya V Rao, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4. Notice R5 also served.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 92 days is condoned.

5.These Petitions are ordered, accordingly.

6.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

7.Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
