Respondents Prayer in W.P.No.28377 of 2008: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to letter No.25802/Vee.Va.5(1)/08-2 dated 13.11.2008 issued by the 4th respondent and quash the same and further direct the second respondent and 3rd respondent to give possession of the plot No.1106(HIG I) in phase XVI of the Hosur Housing Unit to the petitioner after receiving initial deposits and other payments from the petitioner.

Prayer in W.P.No.28379 of 2008: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to G.O.2D 1390 dated 13.11.2008 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and further direct the second respondent and 3rd respondent to give possession of the plot No.1106(HIG I) in phase XVI of the Hosur Housing Unit to the petitioner after receiving initial deposits and other payments from the petitioner.

2. As seen from the earlier proceedings, these Writ Petitions were dismissed for non prosecution and only at the instance of the petitioner, the same were restored to file. These Writ Petitions are of the year 2008. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute

these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
