ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 13.6.2019 in the light of the directions made in W.P. No. 15332 / 2018 dated 21.2.2019.
2. In the order dated 21.02.2019 passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.15332/2019, there is an observation that the petitioner is entitled to peruse the documents and furnish the details and defence statements by availing the opportunities to be provided by the competent authorities while conducting enquiry.
3. Mr.T.Chezhiyan, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, submitted that the enquiry proceedings itself is over and hence the relief now sought by the petitioner in terms of the above observation made in the earlier writ petition itself has become infructuous.
4. If the disciplinary proceedings are completed then the relief now sought by the petitioner will become infructuous. However, if the petitioner feels that he was not given with sufficient opportunity as stated by him then it is
open to him to raise it as a ground in case the disciplinary proceedings ends adverse to the interest of the petitioner.
5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed.
