O R D E R
(Made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.04.2024 in W.P.No.19670 of 2023.
2. The petitioner filed a writ petition in W.P.No.19670 of 2023 for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent therein dated 27.03.2023. This Court, by order dated 18.04.2024, allowed the writ petition directing the petitioner to submit a fresh application for building plan approval and by directing the 2nd respondent therein to consider the application on merits within a period of three weeks.
3. Even though no order was passed in this contempt petition, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings of the Commissioner, St. Thomas Mount Panchayat Union, Chitalapakkam and submitted that the directions of this Court has been complied with.
