This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the application against the order passed by the learned Master on 14.12.2023 in A.No.6424 & 6425 of 2023 in C.S.D.No.119670 of 2021.

2.The learned Master has passed an order for payment of stamp duty.

However, Applicant has already paid the stamp duty, but on the technical ground that prior permission was not obtained, the above order has been passed by the learned Master.

3.Heard the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this Application is ordered.
