This petition has been filed since the writ petitioner had died and seeking to implead the legal representatives viz., son and daughter. 2.It is a fact that the writ petitioner had died and it is also a fact that the proposed petitioners are legal representatives. In view of that particular fact, the petition stands allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment reflecting that the writ petitioner had died and bringing on record the proposed petitioners as petitioners No.2 and 3. 4.List the writ petition after carrying out necessary amendment on 16.12.2024.
