ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file the final report in the above Crime No.95 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police within the time fixed by this Court.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though FIR has been registered in Crime No.95 of 2021 for offence under Section 174 (3)Cr petitioning Creditor, thereafter, what is the stage of the investigation is not known.

4.The Additional Public Prosecutor submits that initially, on 25.02.2021, a case under Section 174(3) Cr.P.C has been registered. Thereafter, during the investigation, the section has been altered to offence under Section 306 IPC. The major portion of the investigation is completed awaiting forensic and viscera reports. In any event, the final report to be filed within a period of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
