introduced by the Tamil Nadu Legislature omitting sub-section 23 of Section 136D of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and the consequential G.O.Ms.No.14, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection Department dated 12.02.2019 and the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Common Cadre Service Rules, 2019 constituting the common cadre service for secretaries of the primary agricultural co-operative credit societies as ultra vires the Constitution of India, arbitrary, violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and opposed to the objects of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 and public policy.
