Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to issue a G.O. to consider the subject of Applied Chemistry as equivalent to the subject of Chemistry for appointment to the post of Trained Graduate Assistant in Tamil Nadu Government Schools and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to include the subject of Applied Chemistry as equivalent subject of Chemistry in Annexure IV enclosed with the prospects issued for Tamil Nadu Teachers Eligibility Test (TNTET) 2013 within stipulated time.
