ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Notice published by the 3rd respondent on 25.09.2012 in the Tamil Daily 'Dina Poomi' (Coimbatore Edition) for the General Body Meeting and for consequential orders.

Considering the relief sought for in the writ petition, this court is of the view that at this length of this time, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
