This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation and the Zonal Officer, Zone-11, Greater Chennai Corporation as respondent Nos.7 and 8 in the writ petition.

Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel taking notice on behalf of the proposed respondent Nos.7 and 8, states that he has no objection to this application being allowed.

In view of the above, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the writ petition.
