This Sub Application is filed to reopen the Contempt Petition No. 1032 of 2020, which came to be closed by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2022. It is seen from the records that the said contempt petition was closed on the ground that though the matter has been adjourned on several occasions, the petitioner did not implead the necessary party viz., District Adi Dravidar Welfare Officer in the said contempt petition. In view of the above, the petitioner has not made out any case in the present sub application to reopen the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Sub Application is closed.
