A.No.3967 of 2023 has been filed to discharge the guardianship of applicant/plaintiff 2 and 3 who is father and natural guardian Mr.M.Seran, from the guardianship the applicants 2 and 3 as Major as they become Major on 31.10.2009 and 12.12.2013 respectively in the above Suit.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that he has no objection to allow these applications.
