The Writ Petition has been filed directing the First Respondent to dispose the Appeal No. 5 of 2013 dated 29.07.2013, to include the Petitioner's name in the Joint Patta. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents states that the date of hearing of the appeal has been fixed on 05.09.2019, before the First Respondent.

The First Respondent shall ensure that notice is issued in advance to all parties concerned and there is atleast one effective hearing every week conducted for speedy progress of the case. The Petitioner shall co-operate for the earlier disposal of the same. It is needless to add here that after affording full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, a reasoned order shall be passed, considering each of the contentions of the parties and decision taken shall be communicated to them under written acknowledgment. 4.
