Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1st respondent to produce the detenu T.Krishnasamy, aged about 24 years, bodily or in person before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first respondent to produce the detenu T.Krishnasamy, aged about 24 years, bodily or in person before this Court and set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2.The petitioner is the father of the detenu. On his complaint that the detenu is missing, a case has been registered in Cr.No.175 of 2019.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the detenu has eloped with one girl, by name, Mythili. Both of them appeared before the respondent/Police and in the presence of the petitioner, gave a statement that they are since married and living together. The copies of the statements made on 10.09.2019 by the detenu and the girl are also produced before us for perusal. 4.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
