Ms.S.Yogalakshmi, Additional Government Pleader Order The petitioner has filed the petition seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.243 of 2019 on the file of IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore which was filed to restore the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2019 on 12.02.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is for partition. Though the petitioner and his counsel were present before the trial court on 12.02.2025, the suit came to be dismissed without assigning any reason. It is
further submitted that, in the interregnum, the defendants are attempting to alienate the property.
3. In view of the above, this Court directs the learned IV Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2025 in O.S.No.243 of 2019 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. Till such time, the defendants are restrained from alienating the property.
