RESPONDENTS PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the 2nd respondent police to produce the body or person of the petitioner's minor daughter namely Nikitha d/o. Santhavel aged about 17 years before this Hon'ble court and hand over to the petitioner and pass such further or other order or orders as this honble court may deem fit. ORDER

(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of habeas Corpus petition has been instituted for directing the 2nd respondent police to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely Nikitha D/o. Santhavel aged about 17 years before this Hon'ble court and hand over to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's minor daughter namely Nikitha has been secured by the police. 3.In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required.
