It is found from the case papers that though it has been represented on 25.03.2010 that the sole respondent had died, it is seen that the appellant had not taken any steps to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record. In such view of the matter, it is found that the appellant is not ready to proceed with the matter as per law.
