This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the order passed in Special Sessions Case No.46 of 2023 on the file of the Fast Track Court Exclusively to deal with Offences under the POCSO Act at Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 52 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
