By order dated 13.08.2019, this Court had appointed one Mr.Harish Sitaram Choudhari, ABM Jalna of the applicant Company as receiver to take custody of the vehicle, which is morefully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant sought for execution of time for execution of order by the receiver. Accordingly, time is extended finally for a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
