This Sub application is filed seeking to reopen the Contempt petition No.1114 of 2023, which was closed, vide order dated 02.06.2023.

This Court, vide order dated 02.06.2023 closed the contempt petition, as the respondents / contemnors appeared before this Court and submitted that no documents were collected from the petitioner at the time of enquiry and the submission made by the petitioner is false one and no proof has been produced to show that the respondent police have collected the original documents at the time of enquiry.

3. While such being the case, filing the present sub-application seeking to reopen the Contempt petition No.1114 of 2023 without any substantive materials, cannot be acceded to.

4. Hence, this Sub-application stands closed.
