: Ms.A.Shabnam Banu COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions are filed seeking a direction to the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to adjudicate I.A.Nos.3 & 4 of 2021 in O.S.No.211 of 2021.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in these revisions, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revisions, even without issuing notice to the respondent.

3. The petitioner/wife filed a suit in O.S.No.211 of 2021 for dissolution of marriage. Since the petitioner is presently working in united states, she filed I.A.No.3 of 2021 to recognize her father Aleem Siddique as a power agent to conduct the case on her behalf. The petitioner also filed another 2/4

application in I.A.No.4 of 2021 seeking leave of the Court to appear through Video Conferencing for the purpose of presentation and identification by power agent. According to the petitioner, these petitions are kept pending before the V Additional Family Court, Chennai.

4. In the facts and circumstances of these cases, without going into the merits of the prayer made by the revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to consider the IA.Nos.3 & 4 of 2021 on merits and pass orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
