This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint date and vide C.S.R.No.381/2021 and file fresh F.I.R.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that one Rakesh representing Crown Rotmax Engineering Pvt. Ltd. by producing fabricated R.C.Book, had borrowed a loan of Rs.20 lakhs and cheated the petitioner. The petitioner had given a complaint with regard to the same to the first respondent on 18.06.2021 and to the second respondent on 18.09.2021. Though specific offences of forgery and cheating are made out against one Rakesh, the respondents have not taken any action and thereby the present petition has been filed seeking for a direction. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.06.2021 has been enquired by both the respondents and the respondents have closed the enquiry as civil in nature. He would further submit that the closure report has been sent by the first respondent on 20.07.2021 and the closure report has been sent by the second respondent on 28.09.2021. Recording the same, the petition stands closed granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate in accordance with law.
