Mr. Abishek Murthy COMMON ORDER The period seeking extension for which these petitions have been filed has long gone by. Hence, the question of extension does not arise. Hence, the Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed.

2.At this stage Ms.Rita Chandrasekar, the learned counsel appearing for M/s.R.Meenakshi reports that though the petitioner has complied with all the requirements, yet, on the portal of SIPCOT, it is still shown as if amounts are due.

3.Mr.Abishek Moorthy, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that the officials are ready to issue "No Objection" Certificate if the petitioner appears before them. He also states that corrective measures will be taken to rectify the position of the petitioner on the portal. His statement is recorded. It is left open to the petitioner to approach the respondents for the purpose of obtaining NOC.
