This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition against the order dated 19.08.2020 passed in Cr.M.P.No.47 of 2019 in SC No.15 of 2017, by the learned Sessions Judge for Exclusive Trial of Bomb Blast Cases, Chennai at Poonamallee, Chennai

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
