This application has been filed to speak with the minor child S.Rithvika and to decide about the visitation rights.

2. Both the parties along with their counsel and the child S.Rithvika are present today in my Chamber.

3. The child S.Rithvika has expressed her disinclination to meet her father. She had stated that she was not treated well during the earlier visits of her father. The child appears to be very scared and feel discomfortable to meet her father. The child was also not happy with the Psychologist who was ordered to be present during the visits. The child has stated that the Psychologist was forcing her to have some interaction with the father, even when she was not ready and that she felt compelled.

4. The above statements of the child reveal that the child was not psychologically alright to meet her father. In fact, the child appears to have developed more repulsion than closeness with the father. Such an 1/3

unhealthy trend cannot serve any purpose for the father. On the other hand the child is getting more negativity in her mind. Hence, I feel that it is appropriate to suspend the visitation rights.

5. Hence the visitation rights already granted is hereby suspended and the application is closed. The parties are directed to participate in the trial proceedings.
