When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that already the second respondent has granted No Objection to the petitioner to join the fourth respondent college and he has also joined the fourth respondent institution. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
