ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents from acquiring the Petitioner's land along with buildings situated in S.Nos.15/5A and 213/2B1, Kottaikadu, Thenpakkam, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District without following due process of law.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that initially the respondent issued a Gazette Notification for acquiring the petitioner's land to an extent of 302 square meter in Survey No.213/2B1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent is acquiring more than 302 square meters in Survey No.213/2B1 and Survey No.15/5A. Therefore, the petitioner filed this writ petition for appropriate orders.

The learned counsel appearing for the 1st & 2nd respondents categorically stated that they have not at all utilizing more than 302 square meter of the petitioner's land, which they have acquired by virtue of the notification. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also referred the counter wherein, it is stated that they have not acquired the land more than 302 square meters.
4. In such being the case, the question of utilizing more than 302 square meters would not arise. In the event the petitioner feels that the respondents are
utilizing more than 302 square meters, it is open to the petitioner to measure the properties in the manner known to law. If it is found that more than 302 square meters is utilized by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
