Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to call for the records and quash the proceedings in C.C.No.37 of 2010, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Attur for offences under Sections 7 (ii) & 16 (1) (a) (i) r/w Sec.2 (ix) (k) of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act 1954, Rule 39 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Rules, 1955.
