Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 herein to constitute a Medical Board consisting of qualified doctors from outside Erode District to enquire and assess the treatment given and surgery performed by the petitioner at his hospital to Ms.Rithika D/o.Iniyan and submit report of credible opinion in connection with the summons u/s 91 CrPC dt 21.06.2019 issued by the 5th respondent for medical negligence to the petitioner with reference to complaint in C.No.206/ SDO-ET/ CAMP/ 2019 dt 21.06.2019 on the file of the 5th respondent.
