O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the first respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner, working as Headmaster of Jawahar National Middle School at Salaipudur in Nanguneri Taluk in Tirunelveli District, was founded by the petitioner's grandfather in the year 1951. After his demise, the petitioner's father, viz., Samuvel Paul Perinparaj, was the Correspondent, and after his 2/5

demise, the petitioner's mother took over the management and acted as Correspondent. He would further submit that the petitioner's mother sent a letter to the second respondent to consider the petitioner as Correspondent of the above said school. However, based on the said letter, the petitioner has been functioning as Correspondent since 2020. Meanwhile, on 28.03.2025, based upon the letter of the petitioner's mother, the Correspondentship of the school was transferred from the petitioner's name to the fourth respondent. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal on 24.04.2025 before the first respondent, and the said appeal is pending.

4. Though the present writ petition challenges the impugned order dated 15.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner would now submit that if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal dated 24.04.2025 within a reasonable time, it would suffice for the petitioner

5. Considering the above limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of this writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 24.04.2025 made by the petitioner, after issuance of notice to 3/5

the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent, and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 11.08.2025 kv Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order To
