2.CMP.No.18496 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd Respondent in CMA.No.3426 of 2013. 3.CMP.No.18497 of 2021 has been filed to bring on record of the 8th and 9th Respondents as legalheir of the deceased 2nd Respondent, who died on 15.07.2018 as Respondents 8 & 9 in CMA.No.3426 of 2013. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these Petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, these Petitions are ordered as prayed for. 6.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and post the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal on 26.02.2024. 09.02.2024 sai https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
