C.M.P.No.15443 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.95875 of 2022 N.MALA,J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 20.11.2021 made in M.C.O.P.No.1680 of 2018, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge), Coimbatore.

2. I have gone through the affidavit in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 84 days is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

Accordingly, this CMP is ordered.
