This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to issue order of appointment in favour of the petitioner, within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, learned Government Advocate representing the respondent placed a copy of the Memorandum of the respondent in Rc.3726/TET/B4/2013 dated 10.02.2014 issued to the petitioner, stating that he has been provisionally selected by the Teachers Recruitment Board for the post of Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test Paper-II Graduate Assistant in the Department of Director of School Education. petition has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate and the Memorandum No. Rc.3726/TET/ B4/2013 dated 10.02.2014, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected M.P. is closed. No costs.
