ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail for the alleged offences under Sections 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act and 323 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No.625 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offence mentioned in the FIR is bailable in nature.
