ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2021 for the offences under Sections 201, 364 and 302 IPC, in Crime No.1328 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had earlier filed an application for bail in Crl.O.P.No.20870 of 2021 and the same was dismissed by order dated 02.11.2021 and suppressing the same, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.

4. It is seen that the petitioner by suppressing the earlier dismissal order, has filed the present petition before this Court. In view of the above and also taking into account the contact of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to dismiss the petition with cost. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) payable to the Legal Services Authority, Tiruvallur.
