J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as respondent would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled in a mediation before the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Tirupattur on 24.02.2026 vide Dis.No.1263/2026. They also produced a Joint Compromise Memo signed by respective parties and counter signed by the learned counsel for both sides.

2. The District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Tirupattur sent a letter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras on 24.02.2026 vide Dis.No.1263/2026, wherein it was mentioned that the dispute in the above second appeal was settled between the parties in a mediation held on 24.02.2026. The copy of Joint Compromise Memo signed by the parties and counter signed by their respective counsel is also annexed to the said letter.

3. In view of the same, the Joint Compromise Memo filed by the parties before the District Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Tirupattur, dated 24.02.2026 is recorded and the Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise memo.

4. The Joint Compromise Memo annexed with the Mediation Report, dated 24.02.2026 shall form part of the decree passed in this second appeal. No costs.
