This petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the investigation of the case on the file of the respondent Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch III Team, Egmore, Chennai, in Crime No.171 of 2009, and quash the same

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no Mistake of Fact notice has been served on the petitioner till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. In such circumstances, this Court direct the respondent Police serve the Mistake of Fact notice to the petitioner, and this Court closed this petition giving liberty to the petitioner to prefer a private complaint.

5. Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
