Heard Mr. A.J. Taslim Arif, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Mohammed Fayaz Ali, Learned Counsel appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. N. A. Nissar Ahmed, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent.

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the First Respondent to conduct fair and just election process for the Second Respondent Waqf viz., Masjid-E-Farkunda within the stipulated time.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that necessary arrangements have been made for conduct of the election for the Second Respondent in accordance with law and a copy of the election schedule has been produced, which is placed on record. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
