ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.10.2021 for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465 and 468 of IPC, in Crime No.84 of 2021, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons on the false promise of arranging Government Jobs for the daughters of the defacto complainant, had received a sum of Rs.44,50,000/- on various dates and issued appointment orders. Thereafter, the defacto complainant came to know that the appointment orders are fake one and he was cheated by the accused. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged. The petitioner had earlier worked with A1 in the 2017 and thereafter, he left the job and joined in a company namely M/s.Mass Media Creatives Private Limited and he was working in the said company till his arrest and that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner's name is not found in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

FIR and he is a first time offender and that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for about 35 days from 08.10.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate raised strong objection stating that after the arrest of A1, the news were published in the news papers following which, the police have been receiving number of complaints continuously from the victims. He would further submit that the petitioner has helped A1 in collecting money from the defacto complainant and printing Government letters and that the investigation is still pending.

5. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the police have been receiving number of complaints from the other victims after the arrest of A1 and that the investigation is still pending and hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
