By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order dated 11.10.2024, issued by the respondent and quash the same. 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 11.10.2024 and has been in prolonged suspension. It is further submitted that in spite of various judicial pronouncements and Government orders, the respondent is not reviewing the suspension order dated 11.10.2024. Therefore, in this connection, the petitioner has given representation to the respondent dated 09.06.2025 and the same is yet to be considered.

At this juncture, learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered within a reasonable time.

In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
