ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conferencing) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.773 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had cheated the defacto complainant by giving false promise to get a job in Poland. Hence, this complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant approached the defacto complainant for arranging tourist visa and on receiving the money from the defacto complainant, the petitioner arranged tourist visa for the defacto complainant and his mother and they sent to Poland and hence, she is nothing to do with the alleged offence and she has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no previous case against the petitioner. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) raised objections and submitted that this is a case for job rocking. The petitioner had received a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- from the defacto complainant by giving a false promise to get job at Poland, thereby cheated the defacto complainant. The money has not been recovered and the investigation is not yet completed and there is no previous case against the petitioner.
5.Considering the gravity of the offence that by giving false promise that he should get the job at Poland, the petitioner cheated a sum of Rs.4,80,000/- from the defacto complainant and taking note of the fact that the money has not been recovered and the investigation is not yet completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
