ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the FIR pending in Crime No.126 of 2024 dated 19.05.2024 from the file of the respondent police to any other police station for further investigation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet has also been filed before the 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and therefore, there is no question of transfer of investigation.
