2. In the order, dated 28.11.2025, it is wrongly mentioned as 'V.S.Srinivasan', instead of 'V.L.Soundararajan'.

3. Registry is directed to change the name as 'V.L.Soundararajan' instead of 'V.S.Srinivasan' and issue fresh order copy.

4. It is also noted that the cause title is not amended as per the order, dated 05.11.2025.

5. Therefore, Registry is also directed to amend the cause title as per the order of this Court, dated 05.11.2025.

It is submitted that the appellant, V.S.Srinivasan, died on 27.02.2024. It is submitted that one of the legal heirs of the appellant i.e., his wife namely, Vasantha S, residing at D.No.27, Odai Road, Pallipalayam village, Kumarapalayam taluk, Namakkal district, has come forward to substitute herself as the appellant to continue the appeal.

2. Accordingly, the oral application made by the learned Counsel for the appellant stands allowed.

3. It is submitted that the learned Counsel undertakes to file vakalath to the substituted appellant.

4. Post this matter for arguments on 08.12.2025.
